We are looking for an intern to join the Brand Voice Team in our Metzingen headquarters for six months, starting in Ocotber 2025.

We are an international team responsible for the written voice of HUGO BOSS worldwide, on all marketing channels and in all languages. 

\n

Your role will be to support the team on a daily basis, particularly in product copy and translation management.

 

What you can expect:

\n\tSupport the Translation team in managing a complex and fast-moving daily translation workflow, uploading text files and reference material in multiple formats and tracking the process from submission to delivery\n\tManage the translation email inbox, assigning tasks to team members on a daily basis\n\tCarry out competitor research and create presentations in PPT as required\n\tAssist with the preparation of seasonal KPI report presentations for product copy\n\tProvide support where required for all other team tasks\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tAffinity for language learning, open and curious nature\n\tHighly proficient with MS Office, especially Excel \n\tAnalytical skills, able to manage the assigned tasks with great accuracy\n\tAbility to master new tools quickly and confidently\n\tSuperb organizational skills, can work in a dynamic environment setting own priorities\n\tVery strong communicator with the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders\n\tProactive, positive and can-do attitude\n\tVery good English language skills, both written and spoken\n
