Job Description

Key tasks & responsibilities:

As an intern in the IT department at Robert Bosch in Brussels, you will participate in and take responsibility for various tasks and projects, including:

 

Assist in daily IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting on-site technical needsParticipate actively in the on-site team operations, contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solvingTake the lead on small IT projectsSupport daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITECollaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfactionAssist in the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure

Qualifications

Required:

Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization ICT is not required but advantageous)Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project managementExcellent administrative and communication skills Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
