This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

Quality Management System (QMS):

Assist in monitoring and maintaining QMS change requirement.Analyze current processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure complianceSupport in conducting collect information and assessments for continuous improvement.Support preparing in auditing activities

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data using Power BI.Develop the Power BI dashboards and reports to track QMS change requirement and ConcessionHelp identify trends and insights in data to support decision-making processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work cross-functionally with quality management teams, and other department regard Q-mindset improvementSupport preparing in Quality activity 

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering and Information Technology)Relevant coursework in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Process Improvement, Data Analytics, and Power BI 

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Power BI (creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations).Familiarity with Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, data modeling).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.English communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Enthusiastic and self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
