A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Plan maintenance and predictive maintenance.  Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) plan.Work with related function to follow up, update and closed OPLs.Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of Maintenance cost, Fulfill level of Planned Maintenance and Machine Spare parts.5S and Safety workContribution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’ degree.

Special Skills:

1) Mechanical or Electrical e.g. drawing, electric circuit

2) Program Microsoft office e.g. Power point, Excel
