As an Intern, you'll create engaging content, develop training materials, and support omnichannel campaign strategies while learning from industry experts in healthcare marketing.

Main responsibilities

Create and update digital content for our Omnichannel Portal using SharePoint and develop interactive training materials using the Whatfix platformProduce video tutorials and write documentation to help internal users navigate digital toolsDevelop user-friendly digital adoption content including walkthroughs and step-by-step guidesWork closely with Product Owners and collaborate with cross-functional teamsSupport execution of content strategies for omnichannel campaigns

About you

Current student statusAvailability to work minimum 32 hours per weekFluent English and Polish, both written and spokenBasic knowledge of digital marketing automation, content strategy, and storytellingCuriosity to learn new things and the ability to ask questionsInterest in customer experience / UX concepts and AI usage in content productionCollaborative team player with a growth mindset and strong attention to detailWillingness to learn new tools and platforms (Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo, etc.)
