Internship: Inside Sales (8-month) - Saskatoon, SK Canada

**What you’ll do:**
Eaton Industries (Canada) Company located in Saskatoon, SK has an opening for a 8-month internship opportunity in our Sales Department. Our Eaton – Saskatoon, SK sales office is responsible for sales, service and support of Eaton product including Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control, Power Distribution and Circuit Protection in the Sales region.
This role commences in May 2026.
The hourly range for this role is $20-$25 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
**What you’ll do:**
The successful candidate will assist the Sales office with inside sales functions including, but not limited to, quotations, technical / product support, data entry & analysis, order entry, and order management.
**Primary Responsibilities**
• Assist with inside sales – quotations, data entry & analysis, order entry, and sales support.
• Assist our quotation department with project / RFQ single line and specification review.
• Assist our quotation department with assembling quote packages and RFQ file management.
• Assist Eaton’s channel partners with product information, project RFQ’s, order support and day to day electrical inquiries.
• Supply our outside sales team with inside sales support, such as fielding technical product inquiries, order entry, and order expedites.
• Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Values and Philosophy, as well as the Safety and Environmental Standards
**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications**
• Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical, Mechanical or Power Systems Engineering or business-related Degree or Diploma Co-op program.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must reside within 120 kms of the work location.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience in manufacturing electrical power distribution and/or control products.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is considered an asset.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management capabilities.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Passion for innovation & continuous improvement, and willingness to challenge status quo.
