As a intern you will grow your professional skills in the areas of process excellence, people analytics, project management, strategic workforce planning, and transformation. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about **hr process improvement, project coordination, and data-driven people decisions** . It offers a great variation and development opportunities which will enrich and support you in moving into the next phase of your career. **Your responsibilities:** HR process excellence & optimization: + Map, analyze, and document HR processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process standardization and compliance across regions Project Management support: + Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on HR-related projects and initiatives + Contribute to change management and communication efforts for HR transformation programs HR Analytics & KPIs: + Collect and translate data insights to support strategic people decision-making + Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, talent, engagement) **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
