Internship: Data Analyst (non-thesis)
**Start Date:** March/April 2026 **Duration:** at least 6 months **Type:** Internship (non-thesis) **Weekly Presence:** 40h (minimum 32h) **Location:** Eindhoven **Internship: Data Analyst** Join a data‑driven team responsible for maintaining and improving two essential business tools — one supporting non‑commercial contract management and another focused on managing relationships with internal stakeholders. In this role, you will work with large datasets to create insights that support operational improvements and strategic decision‑making. You will contribute to tooling enhancements, data interpretation, and quality checks, helping the team improve the accuracy, usability, and reliability of information used across the organization. This internship is ideal for someone eager to deepen their analytics skills in a fast‑paced environment that relies heavily on tools like Power BI and QlikSense. **Your role:** + Maintain and support two operational tools used for non‑commercial contracts and business relationship management + Analyze and interpret datasets to generate insights that support improvements + Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations + Support the team in enhancing tooling and dashboards + Perform data quality checks and ensure system accuracy + Identify improvement opportunities related to data, reporting, and tool usability + Explore and work with BI tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, and additional analytics platforms **You're the right fit if:** + You are a Bachelor or Master student in a relevant field such as Technology, Data Science, AI, or another data‑related domain + You are available for a **non** **‑** **thesis** internship + You have strong analytical skills and enjoy interpreting data + You are willing to work extensively with tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, or similar platforms + You are curious, structured, and proactive in identifying improvements + You enjoy working with tools, systems, and data and are eager to learn new analytics technologies + You have strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively within a team **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata. Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours. Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net.
