About You
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our People Services (HR) team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to critical tasks that support employee lifecycle management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Services (HR) team to ensure smooth daily operations.Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
Maintain and organize employee records (both softcopy and hardcopy) for existing employees and resignees to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
Assist with LHDN stamping and other statutory documentation processes.
Support benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and documentation.
Assist in filing, sorting, and archiving employee-related documents.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Google Suite is an added advantage
