Job Description

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an International Training and Deployment Coordinator, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a cleared International Training and Deployment Coordinator joining our team to support our intelligence customer.

Responsibilities:

Performs work associated with both import and export administrationProvides advice on the issues of import/export licensesCoordinates all documentation related to the import/export processParticipates in the preparation of customer import/export planning activitiesEnsures compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulationsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to help successfully facilitate international assignments and relocation servicesDraft and administer international and/or relocation agreementsProvide guidance to management on international HR policies and proceduresResearch and develop compliance approaches for global mobility in home and host countryCoordinate with tax, payroll, and other functional departments to facilitate global mobility compliance and service programsProvide standard orientation and training for employeesEnsure personnel completes proper training and deployment readiness according to their TDY assignmentMay coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionalsMay serve as a team or task lead

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experienceActive Top Secret clearance required
