Overview As an International Tax Manager at PepsiCo, you will be integral to the Corporate Tax team, assisting senior tax management in U.S. international tax compliance. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to international tax laws and optimizing the company's tax position. This hybrid position requires three days a week onsite, with options to work from Purchase, NY. Responsibilities Prepare and review the Subpart F analysis and E&P adjustments for less complicated entities. Assist in GILTI and FTC calculations including foreign asset ratio analysis. Prepare and review the CTB election filings and coordinate with planners. Prepare U.S. international tax filings, including Form 5471, Form 8858, and Form 8868, ensuring their accurate and timely submission. Prepare the necessary disclosure statements under Sections 367, 351, and 368 for tax return filing. Assist with state and local tax filings and state tax audits, ensuring comprehensive compliance across all jurisdictions. Assist with the responses for IRS tax audit Information Document Requests (IDRs), covering topics such as Transition Tax, Earnings and Profits (E&P), FDII, and GILTI. Assist Sr Manager in maintaining the CorpTax system for international tax compliance. Contribute to the preparation of U.S. international tax provisions for the quarterly Effective Tax Rate (ETR) forecasts, assisting with the company's financial planning and reporting. Collaborate with tax planners on various planning projects to enhance the company's tax position within legal and regulatory boundaries. Foster an environment of trust and inclusion and develop strong relationships with business partners. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
