Step into ING’s International Talent Programme (ITP) – Retail Graduate, an 18-month journey designed for ambitious graduates who want to make a real impact. You’ll rotate through two key teams – Digitisation and In-Life – right here in Sydney, gaining hands-on experience in customer journeys, digital product development, and the latest in retail banking innovation. From day one, you’ll be empowered to contribute, supported by mentors and peers, and immersed in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where your ideas and growth matter.

This program is your launchpad into the world of retail banking. You’ll work on strategic projects that enhance how millions of customers bank every day, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop the skills to thrive in a rapidly changing industry. By the end of the program, you’ll have built a unique blend of digital, analytical, and leadership skills – ready to take on the next big challenge in your career.

What we’re looking for

Graduated between 2023 and 2025 with a university or master’s degree, holding an excellent academic record and up to two years of professional experienceBased in Sydney Passion for retail banking, digital innovation, and delivering great customer experiencesExceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsGlobal mindset and willingness to work internationallyProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a global mindsetInvolvement in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or relevant internships/side jobs
