Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. **Position Overview** The Product Manager of Strategic Marketing & Insights leads market intelligence, strategic planning, and marketing initiatives across the Peripheral and Coronary portfolios in Europe and distributor markets. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping clear, compliant messaging, identifying market opportunities, supporting sales enablement, and driving high-quality internal and external communication. You will collaborate closely with regional business leaders, the international marketing team, and maintain a dotted-line partnership with the U.S. Strategic Marketing & Insights organization to ensure global alignment and best-practice sharing. **Key Responsibilities** + Monitor and interpret the competitive landscape, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and customer trends while adhering to all applicable anti-competitive laws and internal compliance standards. + Develop data-driven insights, market models, and forecasts to inform strategy and guide decision-making. + Coordinate the international Strategic Plan and ensure alignment with global priorities. + Build and enhance market dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting. + Develop clear messaging, marketing tools, and sales enablement materials that reflect our global brand and adhere to competitive compliance. + Equip sales teams with compelling messaging, objection-handling materials, and market insights to support IVL adoption, in collaboration with PI and IC business leaders. + Work with Product Management, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal/Compliance, and Communications to ensure coordinated and aligned marketing initiatives. + Represent regional needs in global workstreams and support the implementation of global marketing processes. **Requirements** + Ability to build successful partnerships with the sales force, develop relationships with key opinion leaders, and to modify strategies and tactics when necessary, based on the voice of customers and emerging trends.  + Effective communication skills with all levels of management and organizations. + Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies. + Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset. + Strong business acumen and market awareness. + A demonstrable ability to understand the needs and economics of the business and the market around it. + At ease in a clinical selling environment. Skill to translate complex clinical data into compelling commercial messaging. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, operating as a team and independently, and adapting to changing requirements. + At least 3 years of post-MBA experience in the medical device field in product marketing.
