maintains communication with franchisees and supports all aspects of franchise retail store development. The specialist serves as a liaison between international franchisees, the field team, and Skechers USA Corporate office.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Communicate regularly with country support teams and franchise partners
Support implementation of directives from field and corporate for select countries
Direct inquiries from international franchisees to appropriate Skechers corporate departments
Provide POP inventory projections to corporate retail team based on franchise usage estimates
Coordinate franchisee itineraries for product conferences
Collect weekly new store opening updates and photos
Monitor operational standards in target markets
Process and track new store opening and monthly operational supply orders
Provide marketing artwork updates to franchise partners
Coordinate retail trainings for international partners
Review monthly franchise recap reports and address areas for improvement
Maintain knowledge of Skechers retail policies, procedures, and standards
Provide feedback to franchise partners on store presentation
Track and analyze sales and KPI results, summarizing trends and opportunities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a corporate environment
Knowledge of retail principles, business operations, and retail management
Experience working with international business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong knowledge of Excel
InDesign and Photoshop skills preferred
Fluency in a foreign language a plus
The pay range for this role is $69,000-$75,000/yr USD.
