Together, we are people caring for people and leading the future of kidney care. **Your role as an RN** As an Outpatient Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, high-quality, direct care for patients living with End-Stage Kidney Disease (EKSD) who rely on dialysis treatment. You will assess patient needs, monitor dialysis treatments, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible outcomes. This role is of the first step into our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP), which provides a structured pathway for career development. Ensure lab collection and process procedures are adhered to. + **Quality & safety:** Support facility initiatives, maintain standards, and contribute to continuous improvement. + **Team collaboration:** Support local team, help to train and onboard new staff members; interact with facility, hospitals, and physicians. **Qualifications** + Graduate of an accredited nursing school + NCLEX certification + CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate + Current U.S. RN state licensure + BLS/CPR certification + Nephrology nursing experience + Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred **Work environment** This role involves direct patient care in a dialysis clinic, including standing, assisting patients, and working with equipment.
