The International Project Support Coordinator (IPSC) acts as a liaison between the Director of PAC-RIM, field personnel and home office support staff to ensure projects are on schedule and executed properly. Under the supervision of the Director and the support of the Operations Manager, the IPSC performs a wide variety of administrative and coordination duties related to the various PAC-RIM installations and regional service contracts. The IPSC participates in project scheduling through communication with the customer POC’s and supports the Lead Installers to completion of all requirements of their installation effort. The IPSC will be required to track projects, costs, schedule and performance as needed throughout the entirety of the projects, as well as ensuring complete contract documentation deliverables. The IPSC also maintains and controls the equipment in the Advantor installations staging warehouse and training center in Pyeongtaek.

3 – 5 years in project coordination or related college experience or equivalent experience in systems management Knowledge or hands-on experience with Project ManagementSalesforce experience a plusExcellent customer service, communication, reporting, organization and documentation skills.Computer experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Windows Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) CardMust be able to clear background checks for access to secure work sites.Must be a U.S. CitizenMust have a valid US Drivers License

Assists and/or performs coordination of site visits, inspections and meetings with subcontractors and customer points-of-contact (POC’s) Attends project pre-start meetings and facilitates installations planning and preparation
