As part of the Global Payments ecosystem, we leverage deep industry expertise and a powerful international network to help our clients thrive.Position OverviewWe’re looking for an International Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our ecosystem of strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing existing partners, especially within the Global Payments network, while also identifying and developing new opportunities beyond it. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both relationship-building and commercial acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & ManagementStrengthen relationships with existing partners, especially (but not only) within the Global Payments family.Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and partner enablement plans.Prospect, pitch, and close new strategic partnerships outside the internal network.Lead Generation & Pipeline GrowthWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive qualified leads via partnership channels.Identify new business opportunities through partner ecosystems and marketplaces.Events & ActivationsOrganise and participate in partner-led events, prospect webinars, and client-facing sessions.Represent Como at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build visibility.Social Media & Brand PresenceCollaborate with marketing to amplify partnership activities and events through social media and digital channels.Help generate “buzz” around key partnerships, co-hosted events, and success stories to grow awareness and engagement.Market Insight & CollaborationStay on top of trends and developments in the hospitality tech and payments landscape.Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with partner offerings and positioning.Requirements2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management roles - preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partner relationships.Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (mandatory).Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with the hospitality and/or payments industry is a significant advantage.Nice to Have
