Activity of this service will focus on:

Offshore personnel monitoring activities on barges:
• Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of offshore personnel, (you book flights, trains, cars, hotels… on Notilus, you coordinate reservations made for crew changes by Cisalpina),
• Follow the rotations via the table of follow-up by boat and crew changes,
• Obtain the visas and documents required for arrival at destination,
• Monitor and renew medical visits,
• Monitor and renew offshore and marine certificates (Bosiet/Foet, Seaman book, Bahamas endorsements, etc.)
• Monitor and renew expatriation endorsements,
• Drafting the “Seafarer Employment Agreement” addenda (MLC 2006),
• Enter information for the monthly Comex: offshore table, comex table, variable elements file
• Update tracking tables: expatriate database, offshore staff, extensions / demobs
• Monitor and transmit information related to barge status changes, (monitoring of remuneration conditions)

•    Mastery of English is indispensable.
