You will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize group revenue, build strong relationships with global clients and partners, and ensure flawless event execution from proposal to closing. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of sales strategies focused on international groups and events/ MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), corporate groups, and high-profile events. + Manage a portfolio of key corporate and group accounts, ensuring superior service, repeat business, and revenue growth. + Actively identify new business opportunities and markets through cold outreach, networking, trade shows, site inspections, and industry events. + Prepare and execute a detailed International Sales Plan focus on the segment Groups. + Be ready to travel extensively at international level in order to be constantly fully proactive and generate inquiries on the entire MICE segment. + Team up with International Marriott Global Sales MICE colleagues in order to target the right international clients. + Coordinate with the reactive colleagues to prepare proposals, contracts for groups and events bookings, ensuring alignment with Bvlgari Hotels and Marriott standards and revenue targets. + Present and organize site inspections for prospective clients, showcasing hotel capabilities and event spaces. + Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, F&B, Events, and Operations to craft compelling offers, promotional materials, and seamlessly execute group events. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive set, market trends, event industry developments, and emerging client needs + Act as a brand ambassador at focused MICE trade shows, networking events, and in client-facing engagements, enhancing Bvlgari’s reputation as a top-tier luxury venue. **Qualifications & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in **Hospitality Management** , Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). + Minimum **4 to 5 years of experience in international group sales and MICE** within the luxury hospitality sector + Proven track record of securing and growing group and event business in a luxury hotel environment. + **Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian** is essential. + Exceptional **negotiation, communication, and presentation skills** . + Strong **analytical abilities** , with proficiency in using data to guide decisions and performance metrics. + Ability to develop and manage strategic account plans for high-value clients and maintain long-term business relationships. + Collaborative mindset, with ability to work effectively across departments. + High attention to detail, creativity, and organizational excellence. + Willingness to travel and attend external events as required. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior exposure to luxury or ultra-luxury hotel brands. + Experience using Marriott Sales & Catering or similar hotel CRM and sales systems. **What We Offer** + Opportunity to influence the positioning of Bvlgari Hotel Roma in the global luxury MICE landscape. + A dynamic, international environment rooted in Roman elegance and Bvlgari’s heritage. + Professional growth, cross-functional collaboration, and visibility at high-profile international events. _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
