The International Logistics Analyst is responsible for liaising with our manufacturing suppliers to coordinate shipments, maintain records, resolve fulfillment issues, and improve operational efficiencies within our global distributor channel. In this role, you will work closely with our partners in FP&A, Customer Service and other logistics team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate externally with manufacturing suppliers and distribution customers
Coordinate internally on the shipment and delivery of goods sold with Sales, Logistics, Procurement and Trade Compliance teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders by communicating issues, hurdles and/or updates on orders and confirmations
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and revenue recognition of goods sold
Recognize, monitor, and help resolve account, order, and fulfillment issues
Build and develop effective working relationships with delivery partners and internal stakeholders across the business at all levels
Identify trends, areas of improvement, and bring solutions to the table
Focus on process implementation, document management and operational efficiency
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
Conduct follow-up and update Management on problem loads and actions that have been taken.
Support carriers and global supply chain functions with transportation documentation as need (e.g. BOL, SLI)
Investigate shortage and damage, complete appropriate documentation
Asynchronous work, off-hours occasionally to communicate with US based team
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of global transportation processes (Ocean, Air, Forwarders)
Familiarity with Trade Compliance aspects and INCOTERMS is a plus
Highly analytical and detail oriented. Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Decisions based on fact and analysis

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics or related field
2+ year’s experience in fields of Transportation or related INTERNATIONAL supply chain
Analytics Software knowledge (Tableau, Power BI)
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of SAP is advantaged
English language proficiency is preferred
