Compensation: 100-125K + Commission

Objective
Drive revenue growth by developing and managing a portfolio of cross-border logistics accounts. Identify market opportunities and deliver consultative supply chain solutions that address complex shipping requirements across international corridors.
Responsibilities
+ Develop new business relationships and expand service adoption within current client base
+ Partner with marketing to identify and pursue qualified prospects in assigned territory
+ Gather and analyze supply chain data to inform strategic recommendations
+ Document client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales progression in CRM system
+ Create account penetration strategies using market research and competitive intelligence
+ Present logistics solutions that address operational challenges and cost optimization goals
+ Negotiate pricing structures to achieve margin targets while maintaining client satisfaction
+ Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, claims, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions
+ Identify cost reduction opportunities through process improvements and service optimization
+ Support organizational objectives related to safety, quality, and financial performance
Requirements
+ 3-5 years in B2B sales role
+ Direct experience in cross-border freight, forwarding, or global logistics operations
+ Professional proficiency in English for business communication
+ Competency with Microsoft Office suite
+ Willingness to travel regularly via various modes of transportation
+ Availability for occasional evening and weekend business activities
Preferences
+ Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles
+ Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline management
+ Track record of quota attainment in transportation/logistics sector
+ Familiarity with supply chain analytics and consultative selling methodology
