About the Role

As the International Coordinator you will be responsible for the operational co-ordination of all international operations with Fuels, ensuring that all transactions are executed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner, and in accordance with BV Fuels. Please note this a full-time permanent role working Monday- Friday however we operate in a  24/7 Industry and Client practices, therefore flexibility is needed as and when required to meet the business needs.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

To be an active team member of the international co-ordination function To carry out efficient co-ordination of inspection activities throughout the FUELs Business using Inspectorate companies and ‘approved’ exclusive agencies To ensure that all operational issues related to the countries or agents as above are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. To constantly liaise with customers on all issues relating to performance, to secure relationships, and build partnerships leading to growth in profitable work To carry out frequent operational client visits to the international client base to secure increased sales. Be familiar with the needs of both the client and Bureau Veritas, and strive to always achieve both To provide management with sufficient, accurate and timely operational information for the generation of management reports. To continually develop and improve international operational procedures, ensuring that these procedures are effectively documented To operate within the guidelines of the Inspectorate H&S, Ethics, Fair Trading and Compliance policies. Managing day to day branch operations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and service delivery for high profile clients Driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduced operational delays, and strengthened compliance with Bureau Veritas’s global standards To proactively identify and prevent delays Maintaining customer contact and ensuring timely updates and expand by maintaining customer base

Who are we looking for?

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience Inspecting Liquid Fuels and can demonstrate their technical ability and knowledge in this area. Strong customer service skills  Strong administration skills and the ability to work with a variety of planning tools and internal CRM systems Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, building trusted relationships
