As a Client Services Specialist, you will interact with clients through phone calls, emails and live chats to support their trading and investments needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service across a wide range of areas- including account opening, trading assistance, service inquiries, market-related questions, and client education on Schwab platforms and offerings. What you haveRequired Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services or relevant experienceCurrent and active MAS Licensed Representative or successful completion of licensing within 90 days from start dateU.S. FINRA Series 7 license required OR a condition of employment to successfully obtain license within 180 daysExcellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
