Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth within the Defense & Aerospace sector Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and collaborations Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, and industry stakeholders Lead the development and submission of proposals, bids, and tender responses Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, bid trials and trade shows to promote our capabilities and offerings Prepare and present regular business development reports, including pipeline status, win/loss analysis, and market insights Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies Willing to travel across countries to initiate the strong stakeholder relationship & Sales.

Qualification : The ideal candidate should have an MBA & IB or BE/B Tech  qualification, coupled with a proven track record in business development within the specified industry. 

Experience : 10- 12 Yrs of experience

Relevant certifications in business development, sales, or strategic management (preferred)
