Job Description: 

The international Accounting Manger will play a key in supporting accounting functions in Skyworks international entities, specifically in EMEA and Canada. This will include providing support to internal accounting teams and well as managing third party service providers in a dynamic, fast pace environment. Attention to detail, organization skills will be key to success as well as an understanding of general intercompany flow. This position has no internal direct reports but is responsible for managing many third party provers such as local accounting experts, statutory auditors, etc.

 

Responsibilities Oversee the international accounting close process for EMEA and Canada, including the preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation, accruals, reserves, and intercompany transactions.   Help in subsidiary AP payments, inter-company invoicing & settlement and related cash management, ect. Managing 3rd party international services providers and coordinating support of local accounting/reporting and resolving statutory issues. Managing statutory audits. This includes coordinating with local experts to prepare FS and completing filings needed. Collaborate with other departments such as tax team to support international tax filing requirements. Drive process improvements and standardization among assigned areas. Perform any other projects assigned on an as-needed basis. Required Experience and Skills A Bachelors degree and 10 years of overall job experience with 5 years’ relevant accounting experience in an international environment in multiple countries preferably in a public company Strong foundation in international accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, and consolidations. Good understanding of foreign currency revaluations, translations, and FX. Knowledge of SAP is a plus Working knowledge of US GAAP Accounting Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects. Team player with strong communication and organization skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $112,500 - $215,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
