We’re looking for a hybrid International Account Manager based in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain) in the oil and gas solutions industry. Our client will be adding an International Account Manager to support continued growth across the Middle East and other key international markets.
Our client is a North American engineering and manufacturing organization that designs advanced chemical injection systems, smart controls and solar-powered technologies that help operators increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Their solutions are used across global oil and gas operations, and they are recognized for innovation, engineering excellence and long-term customer partnerships. International Account Manager responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business across priority oil and gas markets in the Middle East (MENA) Proactively identify, pursue and close new opportunities with major producers, operators and service companies Establish, onboard and grow distributor and channel partner networks to strengthen regional penetration Build and maintain relationships with production, facilities and executive decision-makers across international markets Travel regularly to conduct client visits, presentations, negotiations and attend industry conferences Leverage an existing oil and gas network to accelerate market entry and drive sustained revenue growth Partner with internal technical and operational teams to deliver engineered, customer-specific solutions Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and regional activity updates for leadership Monitor oil and gas market trends, competitive activity and regional developments to inform strategy The successful candidate has: 5+ years of international B2B sales experience, ideally within the oil and gas industry Strong hunter mindset with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets Established networks across the Middle East (MENA); distributor or channel management experience is an asset Technical aptitude and ability to discuss engineered, solution-based products Professional, polished executive presence with strong stakeholder engagement ability Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills Fluent in English (written and oral), with strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations Willingness to travel extensively, often on short notice, and a valid passport Flexibility to relocate within the GCC region in the future if required Compensation and benefits: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus structure Comprehensive benefits allowance Flexible home base with significant international exposure Career growth within a rapidly expanding global organization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Middle East.
