What will you do?

Compile and analyze manufacturing requirements from Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products Canada business unit, incorporating inputs from sales, business segments, and management to develop a comprehensive master schedule for Canada Predict short-term and long-term production needs of the business unit, working closely with manufacturing sites to establish a feasible delivery schedule and strategy Identify adaptable solutions for resolving conflicts arising from conflicting priorities among sales, business unit, and manufacturing Lead various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing communication between plant and business unit, and optimizing operational processes within the Systems segment and plant scheduling Collaborate with sales and factory planners/schedulers on managing large opportunities. Adjust the master schedule as needed to accommodate unforeseen changes

What will you need to succeed?

Eng, B.Sc, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or scheduling Strong analytical abilities with a focus on process and data-driven decision-making Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving Experience in strategic business planning Knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies preferred Proficiency in scheduling tools, MS Excel, and database management Exceptional communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an asset Fluency in French language is an asset Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
