Minimum requirements:
Matric and a relevant diploma (preferably in science, laboratory technology, or business administration) would be advantageous. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales or customer-focused role, ideally within a laboratory, scientific, or medical environment. Experience working on an ERP system (preferably handling scientific products, stock, and quotations). Strong accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with complex laboratory product names and codes. Familiarity with laboratory consumables, equipment, or reagents will be highly advantageous. Own reliable transport required. Excellent punctuality with the ability to start work early. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently and patiently handle customer queries and technical product-related problems. High level of integrity and strong personal standards.
