Minimum requirements:
Matric  Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads via phone, email, or other communication channels Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders. Process incoming sale orders Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends Educate customers about product features and benefits to assist in their purchasing decisions Collaborate with other departments, to ensure a seamless sales process
