We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service/ sales industry, to join our supportive team in Wetherill Park. When you bring your ideas, energy, and hunger for growth to us, you’ll be recognised and rewarded for your contribution in return!
What your day looks like?
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.Who are you?
At least 6 month – 1 year experience in customer service/ sales industry.The ability to multitask and prioritise your workloadsComputer literacy at an intermediate levelGood communication and written skills Team player to support other areas when requiredExperience in industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essentialWhat we offer you:
