Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Sales professional to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This role plays a key part in supporting both the sales and service teams, with a strong focus on customer communication, product support, and ensuring smooth order processing across departments.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Job activities include but are not limited to:

Responding to customer enquiries and coordinating internal sales supportAssisting with product pricing, stock availability, and lead times to support quoting and order fulfilmentProcessing and tracking customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveryPreparing and managing supporting sales documentation such as invoices, delivery dockets, and service reportsLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and customer updatesMaintaining accurate sales and invoice records, and assisting with general reporting requirementsSupporting internal sales processes such as receipting, approvals, and data entryManaging daily administrative tasks related to sales operations

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related fieldPrevious experience in an internal sales role, preferably within a technical or engineering environmentStrong customer service skills and effective verbal and written communicationProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to manage competing deadlines and prioritise workload.
