B Degree or equivalent, in HR or related
Minimum 6 years as a recruitment and selection specialist
Proficiency in recruitment of highly technical staff
Proficiency in report writing
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Manage the advertising process Advertise, screen and source candidates in line with role specifications / profiles provided using appropriate approved platforms
Managing the interview and selection process Lead interviews and interview process Ensures competency-based interview techniques are used Liaise with Centre of Excellence to ensure assessment are completed Ensure battery & background checks are completed Collate scores and ensure integrity of same
Candidate management & third-party management Ensures feedback to candidates & Recruitment Agencies Arrange briefing meetings between Line Managers and Agencies and keep minutes/recording of same. Track quality of CVs and service of agencies and report same
Client Management Liaising with and leading Line Managers on all recruitment matters Maintaining constant and consistent communication with Line Managers and HR business partners on all recruitment activities Generating appointment reports / recommendations Work within tight SLAs Ensure post-assignment evaluations are completed
Administration Management Ensure administration and documentation is completed in line with policy and audit requirements / Maintain an updated recruitment file Ensures Offers and contracts are issued to recommended candidates
