**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Monitoring project reactivities (production, purchasing, engineering, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery
+ Aligning production plans in collaboration with the planner and the shopfloor supervisor, balancing workload and priorities based on availability of material and, when applicable, third-party suppliers and partners
+ Ensuring proper execution of the orders in accordance with the contract, technical requirements, timelines and budget, identifying and reporting any risks
+ Supervising the necessary documentation (customer orders, technical documentation, etc.)
+ Being the primary point of contact between the client and the company during the execution of assigned projects
+ Proactively reporting on progress, critical issues, and changes
+ Preparing invoicing reports and Monitor inventory, cost and the impact of delays
+ Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, corporate standards, trade compliance, and safety requirements
+ Preventing and resolving operational and technical issues

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Degree in engineering or High-school diploma in a technical field
+ 3-5 years of experience in an industrial area or in process plant engineering
+ Basic knowledge of technical drawing
+ Fluency in Italian
+ Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Mechanical Engineering degree
+ Experience with Oracle ERP
