Responsibilities

The Division of General Internal Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our Concierge Medicine Program.  Mayo Clinic 365 Concierge Medicine offers physicians the opportunity to provide highly personalized care in a private office setting. Personalized care is ensured by a defined patient panel, that allows same-day and acute care visits to meet individual clinical needs. 

Mayo Clinic 365 was established as a state-of-the-art concierge program that strives to deliver patient-centered and service-oriented ongoing care that upholds the standards of the Mayo Model of Care.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be board certified in Internal Medicine. Must have or be able to obtain a Florida medical license.
