The MICU is currently home to over 100 staff physicians and Advanced Practice Providers who provide ICU clinical services at the Cleveland Clinic main campus quaternary referral hospital, serve as teaching attending physicians for resident and fellow teams, actively participate in the Lerner College of Medicine as physician faculty, and have vibrant research portfolios in various aspects of critical care medicine, operations, and quality of care.
