**INTERNAL MEDICINE Clinical Associate Physicians for our MICU at Main Campus**
The Critical Care Center in the Integrated Hospital Institute is recruiting Clinical Associate Physicians for our MICU at Main Campus. The MICU is currently home to over 100 staff physicians and Advanced Practice Providers who provide ICU clinical services at the Cleveland Clinic main campus quaternary referral hospital, serve as teaching attending physicians for resident and fellow teams, actively participate in the Lerner College of Medicine as physician faculty, and have vibrant research portfolios in various aspects of critical care medicine, operations, and quality of care.
We invite highly qualified Board Certified / Board Eligible candidates in Internal Medicine who are committed to excellence in patient care to join our outstanding team. Academic appointments are available through the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. The Clinical Associate Program provides physicians with a unique opportunity to practice high quality medicine and see a diverse spectrum of patient pathologies in our 64-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit at Main Campus, while ensuring a work-life balance. It is particularly suitable for physicians looking for a transitional position of 2-5 years. It is an outstanding opportunity for recent internal medicine residency graduates who are to continue their professional and academic projects started during their residency or to join current research projects within the Cleveland Clinic and earn a competitive salary with generous benefits.

**Pay Range**
Minimum salary: $200,000
Maximum salary: $240,000
