Job DescriptionYOUR TASKS
This role is responsible for coordinating production within the Apex/Bead department, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across assigned shifts. The position requires monitoring operations, mentoring employees, resolving issues, and collaborating with leadership and support teams to maintain smooth workflow, compliance, and continuous improvement.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Coordinate and oversee Apex/Bead production activities on assigned shiftsEnforce safety standards, PPE compliance, and respond to unsafe conditionsMonitor operator performance, product quality, and equipment downtime, escalating as neededEnsure accurate production records, inventory tracking, and adherence to work instructionsCollaborate with sequencing, material handlers, and leadership to minimize downtime and meet delivery schedulesMentor, train, and support operators to build a self-directed, capable workforceParticipate in problem-solving, improvement projects, and maintain compliance with safety, ISO, and plant policiesManage communication between employees, supervisors, and maintenance, including daily shift reports and work ordersLead 5S, TPM, and BT1 activities while promoting teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvementBe self-managed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressureFollow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and proceduresOther duties as assignedNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
QualificationsTHE ENVIRONMENT
