In the role of the QMS Internal Lead Auditor, we'll count on you to:Complete QMS Audit activities in accordance with the Internal Audit Process Manual, including the adherence to the defined Internal Auditor Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site audits at various office locations, approximately 50% required travelMaintain organized documentation to evidence the performance of QMS audits and effectively communicate the results to StakeholdersMake recommendations to management regarding potential improvements to the audit processComply with HDR ethical standards for employees and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Code of Ethics for Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).Support the Quality Office as a resource for promoting quality cultureEffectively manage and protect the validity of the audit data and secure against unintended use or alterationsMaintain confidentiality of the auditManage assigned annual budgets to expectationsPerform other related duties as neededPreferred QualificationsAt least one year experience as a Lead Auditor in the A/E industryStrong skills in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, AccessRequired QualificationsProfessional Bachelor's degree Passion for quality; committed to continuous improvement; understands and embraces HDR's QMS. Experience executing Quality conformance or audits within the A/E industry Certification or able to obtain certification as a Certified Quality Auditor
