Job Description

YOUR TASKS

This position is responsible for executing tire grading and quality inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, including classifying off-standard tires and determining proper disposition. The role also supports safe operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and may rotate shifts as needed while operating equipment and maintaining accurate quality data.

Rotate to other shifts as neededExecute tire grading to ensure product quality level compliance with Continental Tire WW standardsResponsible for the classification and grading of tires after visual inspection or rework and decide on next process stepResponsible for the classification of off-standard tires and decide on final dispositionInput quality related data in grading systemTake the necessary actions in case of non-conformities (inform relevant people, stop curing press, blocking of tires, etc.)Scan and evaluate the status of tires returned to grading after tire uniformity, balancing, weighing, and over inspectionResponsible for the classification of off-standard tires from the above areas and decide on final dispositionResponsible for operating the bead heating machinesBe self-managed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressureFollow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and proceduresOther duties as assigned
