Internal Controls Manager



Your Responsibilities

Oversee the design and implementation of local policies and procedures; Ensure proper execution and monitoring of compliance with established procedures; Lead the preparation for internal and external audits; Support effective decision-making within the scope of compliance and risk management; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as the key point of contact for the FCG and SAP security areas; Drive process optimization through control improvements, system enhancements, and new implementations; Ensure operational controls are in place and aligned with company policies; Prepare reports and presentations for Senior Management based on defined requirements; Provide guidance and day-to-day leadership to a small team (currently one direct report);


Our Requirements

A self-reliant and structured professional with strong self-confidence and excellent communication skills; Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, and to provide feedback with ease; Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and time-management capabilities; Solid understanding of auditing standards, compliance frameworks, and control testing practices; Experience in managing both internal and external audits, including the provision of control evidence; University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business); Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Office suite); Fluency in both English and Polish, written and verbal (minimum B2 level); A professional qualification such as ACCA or CIA is considered an asset;
