Impact Communications : (Program Quality & Program Operations Reporting)
Research, write and, as appropriate, publish stories about successes and needs in World Vision Papua New Guinea (WVPNG) stories and events concerning WVPNG staff and support department activities and training, including F&D, GEDSI and SafeguardingLiaising with WVPNG support functions to develop monthly content plan that:covering internal staff eventstraining for WVPNG social platforms.Promotes Organization compliance; eg MIP, Security, safeguarding Support GEDSI and Safeguarding activities and training across the OrganizationReferencing the above support, noting that these requests may be 24-48hours notification (short notice).Aligned to global moments and WVPNG programming, as well as WVI partnership campaigns, develop and provide coverage to ensure these days are covered:PART 1.2: PROGRAM CONTENT FOR PUBLICATION

Coordinate with OPS and project managers to ensure stories for reporting are captured on time and submitted in full via a website link.Manage ALL the ONLINE SUPPORT requests and respond to close them in a timely manner (with support from the C&PE dept).Coordinate freelancers on resource gathering projects as directed by the WV PNG Communications ManagerSupport in WV’s compliance with global branding and corporate identityMaintain and develop monthly content for the TOKSAV TASOL. Newsletter for internal Staff Engagement.Ensure that all internal branding and core values for NO + 7 Area Programs are regularly updated. Organize Media Sensitization Workshops : This event will highlight the achievements within various sectors and portfolios, bringing together partners, donors, and stakeholders for active participation. This event will target media attention across multiple platforms. By focusing on progress and success stories, the workshop seeks to enhance engagement with stakeholders and the community. It acts as a venue for sharing insights, best practices, and innovative strategies in media coverage, ultimately improving media practices and services within the community. This event is a significant opportunity to celebrate achievements and promote collaboration among key industry participants.Organize and undertake STAFF training on basic communications training & undertake staff orientation for NEW STAFF.Organize and coordinate with partners for WV sensitization and branding guidelinesOrganize with partners for basic training on communications skills: writing, photography, social media, safeguarding and consentEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
