Internal Communications Manager Vice President Global Technology

As an Internal Communications Manager Vice President of Global Technology within the Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications organization, you will lead communications for one or more of our technology organizations and support the development of cybersecurity thought leadership content. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities, providing the opportunity to influence and drive broader employee communications and engagement efforts related to new and emerging technologies. In addition, you will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to create and disseminate content that enhances awareness and understanding of cybersecurity initiatives and best practices across the organization. **Job responsibilities:** + Serve as the first point of contact, communications lead, and strategic advisor for one or more of Global Technology's Chief Information Officers, while also supporting the development of cybersecurity thought leadership and content for employees and the businesses. + Develop and execute detailed multi-channel communication strategies with defined audiences and measurable results that support the CIO's strategy and objectives. + Source, develop and deliver a steady and compelling communications content pipeline for employees through various channels (intranet, email, collateral, video, talking points, articles, town halls, etc.), ensuring alignment with the CIO's strategic goals. + Write and distribute targeted communications, including executive messages, strategic business updates, technology and innovation success stories, people-related communications, organization announcements, and other timely business messages. + Organize and execute key employee and senior leadership meetings, including town halls, small group sessions and site visits. + Maintain intranet content and design, and create communications-related graphics as needed, including presentations, surveys, newsletters, etc. + Track and analyze metrics to refine and improve ongoing tactics and identify opportunities to implement new communications methodologies across clients. **Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:** + 7+ years of experience in internal and corporate communications, with a focus on technology and cybersecurity communications. This includes extensive hands-on writing, editing, project management, presentation building, and executive communications. + BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. + Proven experience working with C-suite executives, demonstrating success in developing executive-level messages, providing communications counsel to senior management teams, and executing effective communication strategies. + Excellent writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible communications. + Organized self-starter and project manager with a proven ability to track complex and overlapping milestones, manage multiple priorities, and meet urgent deadlines. + Strong judgment and interpersonal skills, including the ability to partner effectively with executives, peers, and other functional groups across the company. + High level of independence, energy, and integrity, with respect for diverse opinions and styles, and a commitment to accountability and responsibility. + A collaborative team player who actively seeks to learn from key partners, embraces new learning opportunities, and shares best practices. + Experience with Intranet design, other design software, content development, email management systems and collaboration and measurement tools + Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
