Job DescriptionThe Crew Communications Manager is responsible for communications between the Restaurant Support Office (RSO) and Restaurants, serving as the point of contact for Restaurant Operators and Franchise Partners. This role develops strategies and content while ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with business priorities. Additionally, they will also manage a Crew Communications Specialist, providing direction, feedback and support to ensure effective execution of Crew Communications.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver internal communications to support organizational objectives and drive engagement across the RSO, Restaurant Operators and Franchise PartnersManage communications content across channels, including email communications, blogs, training documents and internal platformsCollect and synthesize content from departments, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with business prioritiesServe as the main contact for communications to Restaurant Operators and Field Teams on systems, process updates and product changesOversee multiple communications projects with shifting deadlines and prioritiesCreate content that is concise, clear and informative for multiple audiences and channelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted and mass communications effectivelyLeads proofreading, editing and quality assurance process across all communicationsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:
5-7 years of communications experience, preferably internal of field-focusedBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related fieldStrong AP Style proficiency and experienced in various writing styles and formatsStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines under direct supervision and independentlyPreferred Qualifications:
