We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Communications Manager to lead and execute internal initiatives and strategies that inform, engage and inspire our global business.

In this role, you will play an important role in how shaping how strategic information flows within the organization – ensuring employees are aligned with strategy, connected to leadership, and engaged in our mission to
make a safer, secure and trusted digital world.


This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution couple with knowledge of internal communications tools. You’ll work closely with executives, communications and marketing teams to ensure communications are consistent, timely, and aligned across the business.


Key Areas of Responsibility

Develop and execute internal communications strategies that align with company goals, mission, and values.

Own the voice of internal communications – ensuring consistency, clarity, and tone across channels.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication best practices.

Partner with executive leadership to craft communications around strategic initiatives, product updates, change management, and company milestones.

Create and manage content for internal communications platforms (intranet, newsletters, Slack, email, town halls, etc.).

Coordinate and support all-hands meetings.

Collaborate with the external communications and marketing teams to ensure alignment of internal and external narratives.

Monitor employee feedback and communications effectiveness; apply insights to refine messaging.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.

5+ years of internal communications experience, preferably within a cybersecurity or technology industry.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and audience.

Proficiency with digital communications tools such as Slack, SharePoint, Teams or similar platforms.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting leadership and organizational communications as well as culture-building initiatives.

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between

Total Target Cash (TTC): 76,911.00 - 122,460.00 - 176,390.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
