Responsibilities Lead the internal communication work via contributing to the design of internal communication strategies/systems Ensure timely, accurate and standardized communication that addresses the specific needs across the different level group of employees in AMESA BU through launching, managing and sustaining appropriate communication vehicles and venues that ultimately enhances employee engagement and pride in the organization. Act as the communication counsel for the leadership team. Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with frontline employees, keeping them informed, engaged, and aligned. Develop and implement a structured Engagement Calendar across all locations, ensuring a harmonized approach for every celebration and event. This includes, establishing a consistent framework for event execution, ensuring quality and impact. Manage \ track the budget for the Internal Communication function Identify speaking opportunities to top management team. Create speeches, communication, and briefing material for management team. Works through FHR and other tools to assess the needs of the diverse groups of employees on internal communication. Design initiatives/solutions/products to address the needs and seek the feedback/input/ alignment of the stakeholders and as well as BU HR Deliver an initiative master plan and lead the execution of the plan. This includes working across the boundaries to secure alignments, resources and coordinate activities of various parties to make it ready for launch. Develops Town Hall quarterly meeting starting from recommending key message to GM and HRDs, following through agency briefing (in case needed), key stakeholders feedback integration and event management. Develops and executes year end celebration starting from recommending key message to GMs and BU HRD, following through agency briefing, , and event management Manage \ innovate all communication vehicle (LCDs, internal communication mailbox, sms…etc) through acting as the sole point of contact in consolidating, and/or designing, and updating key messages and contents to all employees. Act as the communication lead/consultant in key BU projects involving mass communication. This includes design and development of key message, frequently asked questions (FAQ), talk sheets…etc as well as briefing and training relevant management on message delivery. Leads the cascades of regional and global messages via different vehicles Partner with PepsiCo AMESA internal communications, digital media and public relations teams to ensure an integrated communications strategy and alignment between internal and external communications. Conduct surveys and focus groups to assess employee communication needs on different levels and results, and help develop plans and strategies based on results. Closely monitoring and management of crisis communications (offline and online) while proactively developing communication plans to mitigate recurrent issues on media channels. Handling executive team alignment on urgent / negative news in the media, as well as relevant teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Faculty of Mass Communication is a plus. Scope and years of experience: 8-10 years of experience. Experience in Public Relation. Exposure in Events Management. Strategic thinking & change management High quality execution of communication plans Writing skills in both English and Arabic Communication skills and ability to create power points/design layouts Excellent communicator able to interact with variety of stakeholders Teamwork spirit Time management and ability to prioritize Fluent knowledge in spoken & written English is required. Excellent skill in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Ability to assess the needs of the customers, develop pragmatic low-cost solutions to address the diverse type of needs, align the diverse customers on solutions master plan. Very strong skills in the "setting the agenda" leadership imperative (Decision making, Innovating, driving for results) as well as in the key dimensions of collaborating and influencing and inspiring trust Intouch with trends and with the practices in the marketplace Ability to build strong connections with different stakeholders.
