Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
• Content Creation: Draft & implement content for regional topics in terms of curating, editing, and managing diverse internal communication topics for existing channels.
• Communication Consultancy: Acting as a storyteller by providing project communication and/or communication consultancy for regional service lines and support in conducting workshops.
• Stakeholder Management: Understanding the organization's stakeholders, including employees, leadership, counterparts, and customers to bridge the gap if any.
• Effective Collaboration: Managing collaboration between region and central to ensure transparency & promote internal concepts. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with company’s values and goals.
• Customer Communication: Support topics which are meant to raise awareness amongst the customers about business unit.
• Event Management: Event management & moderation for region from concept to implementation together with local & global stakeholders
• KPI Check: Analyzing communication KPIs and adjusting plans accordingly
QualificationsEducational qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in communications, strategic communications, public relations, journalism or a related field
o Masters in communication or a related field (desirable)
Experience :
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in internal communications for an MNC
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Knowledge:
o Proficient in various communication strategies
o Competent in digital communication
o Advanced knowledge to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
o Excellent in MS office platforms (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Illustrator
Proficient in curating articles and storytelling (Strong writing & editing skills)
o Advanced understanding of various channel and formats
o Competent in Stakeholder management
o Advanced understanding of cultural sensitivity
o Proactive in nature and competency to multitask
o Passion for communication and the ability to translate complex topics into simple, clearly structured messages
o Organized and structured working style combined with creativity
o Awareness of industry trends and best practices in communications is a plus
