Role Overview

Assist in delivering the Internal Communications Strategy and executing targeted communication campaigns aligned with organizational goals. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events and staff engagement activities in line with the 2025 Events Calendar. Contribute to the development and publication of monthly highlights by gathering content and ensuring timely internal communications. Support the use and development of communication tools such as internal campaigns, snapshots, highlights, and event materials. Assist in organizing external stakeholder events to communicate project updates effectively. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and independently drive tasks and projects to completion. Carry out any other responsibilities as delegated by the manager.

Skills & Qualifications

Administration: Strong organizational and planning skills. Communication: Proficient in written and spoken English. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Attention to Detail: Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail. Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
