On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues. If this describes you, and you are looking to join a business where you can really add value, it’s time to consider joining Integrated Business Services! **Position summary** Follow, support and execute the HR strategy concerning employer branding and internal communication in order to enhance the engagement of the employees, strengthen the Nestlé culture, help HR areas to communicate effectively and motivate through communication and relevant activities. Pursue a corporate image and reputation from the inside to the outside so it supports attraction and retention. **A day in the life of...** * Support the internal communications and engagement strategy by developing plans, campaigns, materials and tools * Manage the Comms Committee activities and budget * Develop a clear guideline and ways of working to guarantee efficient, effective and engaging communication accros NBS Latam and with the Market * Lead and drive the creation and implementation of Nestle's Employer Branding and People Communications annual Plan * Cooperate with Recruitment team to build campaigns for social media and Nestlé Career Website * Enhance and promote internal channels like Our Nest, Me@Nestle, Viva Engage and e-mailing * Cooperate with Talent to drive and implement a Diversity & Inclusion stratey focusing on communication and employee engaging activities * Work closely with other HR areas to collect communication needs and to deliver their messages in an effective manner using the communications strategy and standards * Align the communication strategy with Nestlé Paraguay **What will make you successful** + Working experience in communications/internal communications/ employer branding + Experience in corporate messaging and storytelling + Experience in event management or marketing + High proficiency in local language and english + Presentation Skills + Canva Management + Video Edition + Social Media Management + Project management knowledge + Hability to working in a cross-functional environment and with Latam Markets. + Graduated (post graduated desirable) in Business Administration, Journalism, Design, Publicity, Marketing & Advertising.
