Role Purpose
You will be part of the Internal Communications & Culture team responsible for keeping our colleagues informed on all news and initiatives across the business, looking after employee listening as well as building our culture and community via wellbeing and charity initiatives.
This role reports into our Senior Internal Communications and Culture Manager, working closely with the wider People Team, Learning & Development and Marketing teams across our brands.
Role Responsibilities
Support with planning and developing initiatives across internal communications, employee engagement surveys, wellbeing and charitySupport with the project management, planning, and content development for internal campaigns, wellbeing events, charity fundraising, and our annual engagement survey
Internal Comms & Employee Surveys:
Plan and update our Internal Communications trackerDesign, write, edit and proofread communications for different communications channels: weekly newsletter, intranet, town halls, etc. Champion our tone of voice and culture, partnering with stakeholders across our brands to drive internal awareness and engagement on their campaigns (product launches, events, etc.)Maintain and update our internal intranet with brochures, publications, events and launches, liaising with department stakeholders to ensure information is up to date and relevantSupport with organising Town HallsManage our internal comms inboxCollate and analyse data on our internal communications performance (Instagram & newsletter likes and views, events - sign up forms, etc.)
Wellbeing & Charity Engagement:
Ideate, design and organise wellbeing events to support the execution of our wellbeing strategy Partner with external charities and our internal charity ambassadors to develop and execute charity events and communications.Manage our volunteering process to the Soup Kitchen Keep our internal communities and ambassador groups informed and engaged (wellbeing, charity, run club) Research best practice content for communications and engagement, always making sure we are improving, testing and learning
Role Requirements
