As an internal Auditor, you will independently execute audits across various business areas and processes within ContiTech entities worldwide. These will be your tasks and responsibilities in detail: + Analyze KPIs and data, conduct walkthroughs and interviews across departments such as accounting, finance, logistics, production, sales, purchasing, IT, and HR. + Identify risks process optimizations and ensure the effectiveness of internal control systems and compliance with internal standards / policies and regulatory requirements. + Compile audit report and present the results to the management + Propose measures to address identified risks and provide actionable advice to the business. + Advise management on the development and enhancement of internal processes and structures. Monitor the implementation of recommendations. + Academic degree in business administration, IT, law, engineering, or comparable qualification + Several years of relevant professional experience, such as internal audit or operational business + Knowledge of finance and SAP expertise would be an advantage + Enhanced analytical skills and professional judgement + Experienced in MS Office applications + Business-fluent English language skills (written and spoken), good German language skills preferred + Self-confident appearance and professional presentation skills + Advanced team and communication skills + Willingness for international business trips (40-60%) Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
