Internal Audit Manager – EAME Region

We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join our regional Internal Audit team in EAME. This strategic role will allow you to lead audits across hotel and corporate operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the Internal Audit function in the region.

As a member of the Internal Audit team, you will be a multidisciplinary leader involved in audit activities for Hyatt hotels and other corporate audit projects for the EAME region. When required, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with external service providers and various departments, as well as managing your audit team. You will work independently under the overall direction of the Director of Internal Audit and the Senior Manager, with broad autonomy and professional judgment. You will represent the Corporate Internal Audit team in the EAME region.

Your main functions will be:

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits across hotel and corporate operations.Lead the full audit process: from risk assessment to reporting.Manage and develop audit staff, fostering learning and continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit quality and effectiveness.Contribute to the annual audit plan and participate in cross-functional projects.Apply data analytics and AI tools to enhance audit coverage and efficiency.

What do we expect from you?

5 years of internal or external audit experience, including supervisory roles.Big 4 experience strongly preferred.Hospitality industry knowledge or experience is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.Preferred certifications: CPA, CIA, CFE, or Chartered Accountant.Proficiency in tools such as iScala, Alteryx, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to travel up to 50%–60%.Relational and resilient profile with strong adaptability.Strong leadership skills.Excellent communication skills.
